Achievement trading threads

I think something should be done about the achievements trading threads on every games forum because there are hundreds of posts on each thread and people find it hard to know who's still needing/wanting help with the achievements and so what im saying is that someone should start to delete all the posts on the forums after a cetain time limit :D

Well when people get the achievements, they could easily just edit there post stating that they have gotten the achievements they needed.

I know there's a way to set it up so posts will be "pruned", that is, deleted, after X amount of time. But I think that this can't be done with individual threads, plus, it would be a problem in lesser-played games. I've found two-month old posts in Trading Threads where the poster still needed help.

Anyway, it takes all of 15 seconds to click on the person's card to the left, then compare achievements and see if they've done them already. If they don't have their gamercard attached, well, I've usually found that those without attached cards were either too stupid, too lazy, or too much of a newb to do so, and are thusly bad boosters.

Plus, I usually delete my posts in Trading threads where I know the sheer volume of people won't eclipse my post.

Yeah good point but you could just have a box which you tick after you have boosted the achievements, so that would stop any confusion.

There could be a link in the mini menu bar when you search for a game (where it comes up with achievement list, guide, forums etc) called Ach. Trading or whatever.. Then you could say click Start Achievement Trading, select the achievements you want to trade, then tardar. For every achievement you eventually get, tick a box, and it goes. Then when they're all done, you'll automatically get deleted from the list. Going further, once you start achievement trading, it could automatically find a list of players that need the same achievements for you, and you could limit this search to just the UK, USA etc as I find it's a pain in the arse sometimes when trading with USA 'cause it's always late at night..
I know there'd be a hell of a lot of work to do, but it would be awesome, agree? ;D
