Drama Piece doesn't show up in Overview?

I already beat the game and now i'm going back to unlock the rest of the drama pieces. I replayed a few levels and the new drama pieces appeared in the level, once i beat the level and went back to check the "drama piece overview" the piece is still locked... any ideas?

Check the drama piece guide and make sure you are unlocking the correct piece's

Some, like when fighting Radtiz, Piccolo asks you to keep him busy - That's story related and can't be unlocked
