It says shoot the eye designs on either side of the door, I shoot both but only the left one moves and after about 5 seconds it pops back out. The right one will not budge please help.

Just punch one, run over, punch the other. It should take you 3 tries at most. I think someone might have made the task seem a lot more complicated than it really is.
