All Skills Glitched?

suddenly i relized that the skill sneak and earth magic no longer are trained the sneak skill says level 0 and theres no trainer for sneak because ypu start with it also when i go to the mage for the second time i cant learn earth magic again wha do i do

I would try to find one of those trainers that makes you "forget" skills, forget a skill, and then reassign the points to those two. Pretty sure you can find one of those people in any major human city.

THis should work if not there is a map under the "Altern. Guide" that has all the trainers locations.

if it says 0 but is lit up then all you have to do is put skill points in it but if not then you'll have to re learn uit somhow

What you did is went to one of the guys that resets your stats so you can redistribute your points. To fix this all you need to do is get a skillpoint and use it on one of the 2 skills you are lacking in. I have like 10 skills at lvl 0. ;)
