Clear a chapter with a Z rank on Normal difficulty.
Just finish one chapter with a Z rank. The way this is obtained is by clearing the battle objectives given to you. They stay the same throughout the whole story. Examples of this are "Land a Super Attack", "Dodge an Attack" and etc. Usually you can obtain 7 battle objectives and get a Z rank.

Clear all Saiyan Saga chapters with a Z rank on Normal difficulty.

Beat every chapter in the story mode on Very Hard. This is the highest difficulty outside of Z. This won't be available until you beat the game once. You can select your difficulty before you start every chapter.

Complete the story mode on Z difficulty. The computer is considerably harder, and will dodge a lot of your attacks, use ready-stance/ready-stance attack, and is overall much more effective then playing the CPU on Normal.You can select difficulty before you start each chapter.
