Will there be a DLC ?

Is it possible to put a DLC in this game?, since there not going to add any more sagas after the cell saga. I was thinking maybe they will go in between and add the garlic junior saga if anything. But a DLC in the future would be nice.

Also, will there be any picture packs coming to the marketplace ? i am looking foward to one.

They'll be adding in modes so you can level up characters, and attempt single player with a choice of one character (perhaps more scenarios or something?)

There was never a Cooler saga. Theres a chance it can be added since there was never a Broly Saga, just 3 Broly movies.

The Sagas from the start of DBZ to the Cell Saga are (in order) : Vegeta Saga , Namek Saga , Frieza Saga , Garlic Junior , Trunks , Androids , Imperfect , Perfect , Cell Games ...


I doubt they will add in anyone or anything after the Cell saga. That will all be in BL2

Yeah I'm hoping for maybe a little extra chapter here or there for the sake of it, like Trunks vs. Mecha Frieza. However it was announced that there would be no new characters, so I doubt the DLC will bring anything but the RPG element. I wish they would patch it to where you can see what the alternate costumes look like instead of having a set picture as well, though I doubt they can.

Hopefully the rumor is true, cause Donny Clay stated in several interviews that there would be no DLC. One instance I can remember is the "On The Spot" interview on Gamespot.

You sure on this? the box dosnt say the game supports Downloadable Content, all it has for Xbox Live is this:Online Multiplayer 2 Players OnlyLeaderboardsVoiceIt dosnt mention anything about supporting DLC.Can you link me to a recent article that confirmed DLC for DBZ? The DLC that has been "confirmed" (I use that loosely) was from Wikipedia. The article states that the RPG element is going to be released as DLC because they couldn't get it into the game before the deadline. However, don't hold your breathe.

short is right, but free is unlikely. nothings is free anymore, unless its old or pointless (like the costume locker keys DLC for Dead Rising) and any DLC that adds Achievements is never free.:mad:

Well the veterans pack in Army of Two was free and it included achievements

new skins for the characters would be cool. hell if they release loads of pics i will proable snap them up to. they could add in "suprise charachters" for fun like kid goku. i won't whin if the add ons don't follow story but are fun.

I want some DLC where you can get SS4, I was sad that there was no sweet SS levels. I also want them to add on to the sagas, it's too short. I mean when you can beat a game in a day you need it to be longer.

They should add the rest of the fighters from the TV show and add fighters and matches from movies 1-9 since they are in between Saiyan Saga and Cell Games.

Sorry to tell you but... if they were going to add character expansions or updated movesets... They would definitely not add Majin Vegeta or Super Saiyan 2 Goku. This being because Majin Vegeta and Super Saiyan 2 Goku were not introduced until after the Cell saga...The game itself only covers upto and including the Cell saga, nothing after. So it would be cool if they added characters such as Cooler and Androids 19 and 20 and Meta-Frieza/Cooler but don't expect anything from the Buu/World Tournament saga and onward.

Yeah yeah I know I read no new characters I'm saying that would be awesome. I know how far the game goes, Bardock wasn't in the Frieza saga but hey, it's cool. He's one of my favorite characters. Even in Budokai 3 when they let you use GT's SS4 Goku and Vegeta. Burst Limit is so intense that I could see Goku's and Vegeta's most kickass fight being maybe almost as awesome as in the show.

Yeah.. I agree... When me and my friend beat the entire Z saga *We took turns after each battle* We saw King Cold Mecha freiza and such. Not to mention we noticed that a lot of the places Vegeta and Nappa were at could have been used as fighting stages *Like when they are in the city*

Jheese and Butta always seem to get left out in all DragonBall/Z/GT Games, and it rather upsets me to see Recoome there without the implementation of those 2.

Guldo could become a very odd little Character with his Mind Control sort of technique he has.

The Ideas they have for DLC sound amazing already, but I'd love to see the addition of these characters more than anything else really.

Adding RPG-elements will definitively be an improvement.
I have been playing the game and it feels like it is just a matter of button-mashing. The ingame movies do not line up with the results of the fights. When you win a fight the movie will still show you as the loser who needs to be saved by another character.

Actually, its the Raditz Saga, Earth's Special Forces Saga (aka Vegeta/Nappa), Ginyu/Namek Saga, Frieza Saga, Garlic Junior, Android Saga, Cell Saga, Cell Games Saga.

After that it's the Babedi (sp?) saga after the World Fighting Championship arc and then the Majin Buu saga, followed by the Evil Buu Saga.

I have watched way too much DBZ in my time :P
