Cant unlock characters

Hey guys, after i beat Milliardos story i nevere unlocked Purus, and i was playing coop, and now i finished the story with all the characters, and they still havent unlocked the other characters hidden, and now i cangt get the achievement, whats the nproblem:>>?:??

I've only cleared Amuro, Char, Kamille and Domon on Original and I have Elpeo Puru in my character select

Have you completed everyone on official mode so they are available in original?

He did on the 13th... and I'm guessing the problem is resolved since he hasent checked ;P
