This one can be tough,and doesnt unlock all the time. Make sure to transform as soos as you can,and hold RT to drain your Ki gauge below 1 gauge. I've done it wenn I had only 1 health gauge remaining.

Easily odne in the Chapter 7,turn difficulty to very hard or Z,to make sure AI will kick you. You can increase your fatigue over 20% very quickly evading a few attacks,then wenn the AI has more health than you,just dont move until he smashes you,wenn you are sent flying,drama get unlocked.

Disregard my previous post, for I have figured it out. If, for example, it says that the character is Raditz, the follow the instructions but in reverse. That would mean that Raditz must fulfill all the requirements and all you need to do is whatever it asks...

Reverse it. You're the opponent because you're trying to unlock it for Frieza, not you (if that makes sense). The player requirements are for Frieza and the opponent requirements are for you, the real player.

Reverse it. You're the opponent because you're trying to unlock it for Frieza, not you (if that makes sense). The player requirements are for Frieza and the opponent requirements are for you, the real player.

The opponent is the AI in this one playing as Vegeta, so having less health playing as Frieza should make it appear but it isnt for some strange reason

i was doing these yesterday it can be a pain. My best advice is to try it on the slightly harder difficulties. V easy and easy seem to me like the computer it to stupid to complete the attack where as on say hard mode if you rough them up abit they tend to get pissed and start smashing your from end to end.

Alternatively especially on the Piccalo Vs Piccalo scene you could just whack it one easy mode and leave it to beat you up until it does the pursuit attack.

The 5th time i tried this he did a pursuit the second punch i threw.
So just keep trying. Games like this use precdually generated moves, kinda of like a random number interger generator so its just a matter of luck wether they do it or not on the easier difficulties especially.

Piccolo persuited me after I did the same to him, it was a fluke

List the exact drama pieces, there's one or two on the guide that are wrong, or unlock in a strange way, I was pulling my hair out at them

Also, put it to Very Hard as others have said, and Use Aura spark, when you use it, they'll copy and use it to, when in aura spark they attack you more

For the piccolo vs piccolo one, I THINK you have to use persuit against him, three time combo keep hitting RT, that unlocks a scene but I don't know if its the right one

Lastly don't stand still, even on very hard, I stand still and the computer will hesitate and not do anything, try to move around and do some X attacks now and then, by dashing backward the computer will chase and whack you

XD Okay, lastly this time, get them in the air, there's more chance of a persuit if you're airborne

EDIT: On the Cell vs Vegeta one, this was my last piece, we were airborne with little heath and I kept X attacking him and it unlocked, it didn't seem like he did a persuit attack on me at all, try getting him airborne, having both of your health to the last bar or so, and just keep attacking with X

I know it can be very frustrating wenn you turn difficulty to very hard to force AI to make a specific move and once you unlock the drama,you finally lose the battle. If you guard a lot and only attack with the Aura spark,you should be able to defeat the opponent with less than 1 health gauge,even in very hard.

List has been edited to fix the mistake about the "Too Easy for Bardock"'s chapter and make Vegeta the character in"Vegeta's Perception".

Ugh the only 2 I have left are Vegeta Strikes and Broly Howls.

I can't get Vegeta to pursuit attack me and for the Broly one my fatigue is always at the bottom and I'm always getting Solar Flared and Destruco Disk'd so idk what's going on with that one.




EDIT: I found out why I was having trouble with Broly Howls. It's because you unlock it in the Gohan fight not the Krillin fight so you should change that.

Pressing LT is definitely better to send the opponent in the air than Up+Y,especially wenn you re on the ground.

Vegeta's Strike: i can't get it neither

Broly howls: the only part is tricky is the ki super attack, just get your hp down and keep ur fatigue low, keep close distance with the CPU, i kept doing the XXXX combo and eventually the CPU used the RT+B (the move that blast you away from him). if this doesn't work for you. try to stretch the screen wide, you stay on 1 end on let the cpu stay on the other end. use a few ki blasts and CPU would do the same, take a hit and you should get the cut scene.

there are a few ways to get knock down, just stay close to the CPU and use a basic combo to attack, he'll block and try to attack. when he does just make sure if it's a hard attack don't press any button when you land so you don't hop back on your feet and a few moves will keep you down, cause the cut scene

I just done both of them, for vegeta strikes do it on Z difficulty and he always does a pursuit attack no matter what so eventually you'll get it. And the Broly Howls jus back away from Gohan and block every move until he does a kamehameha against you

those two can only be done on very hard, because there is no way that console AI will use poursuit attack on lower difficulty.

For all chapters at Z rank on normal difficulty i'm stuck on an S rank in the chapter where it's Broly VS SSJ2 Gohan, i only unlock one drama peice, and i unlock all battle objectives apart from defeat in 90 seconds. I have no idea why i dont get a Z rank -.- i complete more than other chapters yet only an S rank.

I think that the description is referring to when you use that certain drama piece after it's unlocked. So an example would be, you are playing a first to two wins Vs. match over Xbox live and the timer runs out in round one, the drama piece will then be triggered at the start of the next round due to this. Not 100% sure of this but it's the only explanation i can see.

Are you sure you got all the sayin saga drama pieces?
some of the list are unlocked by unlocking others further in the story like vegetas pride unlocks raditiz's and nappa's pride.

Geez, what a mess... okay, let's see. In my experience, the whole 'Timer' thing simply means that you have to be a few minutes into the match before it'll trigger. Exactly how long you have to wait, I don't know, but I am fairly certain of my conclusion - I've tried to meet the requirements for a Drama early in the match, and nothign happened - then, a while later, under exactly the same circumstances, it triggered.

But I STILL can't do 'Too Bloody Impossible For Recoom'. The carrot-topped idiot cathegorically REFUSES to perform a Ready Stance attack... UNLESS my Health is higher than his. Then he's only too happy to. The one time I actually managed to trigger it, I was down to a milimeter of health, and he then proceeded to kill me before I even had a chance to react.

EDIT: Yep, I found it in 'The Demon of Hate and Fear'. Sorta. It's strange - the only Drama Pieces that got triggered during that battle was 'Piccolo's Crisis' and 'Piccolo's Regeneration', but this thing unlocked afterwards anyway. Really strange...

only troublesome ones were getting picollo and vegeta to do persuit attacks but it I just faught them on z difficulty a few times and eventually they did it. only trouble with that is that picollo is actually pretty tough on z difficulty so that took me quite a few tries >_<

Heh, that's almost exactly the same as I was going to say.

So, for those still having troubles with the pursuit drama pieces, just finish the game first on very hard so you can unlock Z difficulty and then go for it.

Solitary Warrior I need help unlocking this one. Vegeta will not dodge the attacks and I end up killing him everytime, even on Very Hard Another question is that is Vegeta the play or the opponent?

Nevermind it fnally unlocked. It unlocks when you activate Elite something. Once you activate that win the fight and it will unlock. I got the DP to activate by just oying with Vegeta. I did get both of 18's DP activated and I did do a pursuite attack. You know you activated the DP when you see 17 telling everyone to stay out of the fight.

I was stuck with those 2 too. I still haven't done the piccolo one but I have done the Vegeta one.

I did it twice in a row (lost the first battle, won the 2nd). just play against vegeta on very hard and just battle him like you normally would when you would try to get a Z score. do vanish attack, persuit attack etc, yourself; with a bit of luck vegeta will do all weird stuff aswell, like he keeps firing his ultimate move and at some point do a persuit attack. You should be able to get this one.. but for piccolo... it's annoying, can't get that one myself either ;)

My last two and I've met the requirements, but I think I know the problem I just need confirmation. Knocked down means knocked down in that direction correct? Or does it mean knocked into the ground? I've done both but I know they just don't want to happen sometimes I'd appreciate the help.

Knock down is when they hit the ground. A super attack forward + B and Aura Spark's Vanishing move causes knock downs.

I just hold the down button to dodge every attack I can and wait til they use their aura spark and let it drain their ki then knock them down when they go out of aura spark. Use RT+Y to make their fatigue go up fast and remember that aura spark drain the fatigue back down to 0 slowly and that holding RT will drain your ki.

Okay so let me get this str8. For Close call with Raditz i need Raditz to be at 100% ki, Raditz to have less than 50% fatigue, Raditz must be on the ground, and I (Goku) needs to use an ultimate attack on Raditz. Well this is what i already did but im not unlocking it wtf is wrong? So i tried using an ultimate attack when i have more health than him, when he has more health than me, or use an ultimate as hes on the floor knocked out. Is there a certain way i haev to do this? please help

i was doing these yesterday it can be a pain. My best advice is to try it on the slightly harder difficulties. V easy and easy seem to me like the computer it to stupid to complete the attack where as on say hard mode if you rough them up abit they tend to get pissed and start smashing your from end to end.

Alternatively especially on the Piccalo Vs Piccalo scene you could just whack it one easy mode and leave it to beat you up until it does the pursuit attack.

The 5th time i tried this he did a pursuit the second punch i threw.
So just keep trying. Games like this use precdually generated moves, kinda of like a random number interger generator so its just a matter of luck wether they do it or not on the easier difficulties especially.
My piece of advice to force the AI to make a poursuit attack is to turn difficulty to very hard at least,and make a poursuit attack yourself. Most of the times,AI will warp behind you and counter you making a poursuit attack. If it still doesnt work,I can only advise to stay close and wait for him to combo you,he might do it. This can be frustrating and you may have to restart chapter again and again,but personnaly in Z difficulty AI is used to do poursuit attack almost everytime.
Piccolo persuited me after I did the same to him, it was a fluke

List the exact drama pieces, there's one or two on the guide that are wrong, or unlock in a strange way, I was pulling my hair out at them

Also, put it to Very Hard as others have said, and Use Aura spark, when you use it, they'll copy and use it to, when in aura spark they attack you more

For the piccolo vs piccolo one, I THINK you have to use persuit against him, three time combo keep hitting RT, that unlocks a scene but I don't know if its the right one

Lastly don't stand still, even on very hard, I stand still and the computer will hesitate and not do anything, try to move around and do some X attacks now and then, by dashing backward the computer will chase and whack you

XD Okay, lastly this time, get them in the air, there's more chance of a persuit if you're airborne

EDIT: On the Cell vs Vegeta one, this was my last piece, we were airborne with little heath and I kept X attacking him and it unlocked, it didn't seem like he did a persuit attack on me at all, try getting him airborne, having both of your health to the last bar or so, and just keep attacking with X

Wow, I didn't think it would work but the trick with going into 'spark' mode and teleporting around a bunch worked to get him to pursue me. Other thing that helps is getting in the air one way or another and doing that. 100% DP for me, thanks Kioku for the tip and Spike Hostile17 for the awesome DP guide.

I've been trying to get this one for ages but knocking Vegeta down in the few seconds when he has less then 1 Ki gauge is proving to be the hardest thing i've done in this game so far =(

Any tips on how i can do this? I've tried this on Very Easy, Normal and Very Hard but no matter which difficulty i choose, im still having a hard time knocking him down just at the right time...Sometimes he will guard and not be knocked down, or evde my attack, etc. By the time i get to do a second attack to try and knock him down, his Ki is already above 1 Bar...

This drama piece is driving me insane >_<

Edit: Nvm i finally got it =) Threw a special attack at him after he did Final Flash which knocked him down.

Edit: lol now im stuck on Piccolo's Rage. Guess i'll just unlock Z mode and give it a shot.

Yes, these were the last 3 I got aswell.
To get the opponent to use a pursuit attack, use your aura spark and keep using the disappearing heavy smash attack (LB in Aura Spark). Eventually it annoys the AI and he'll go for the Pursuit attack.
Broly Howls is just a matter of working your opponent down far enuff to get him to use super attacks and then just let him damage you enough to meet the criteria.

02. Piccolo's Trump Card
Character: Raditz
Requirements to unlock:

Opponent performs 1 persuit attack
Time runs out
Opponent has more health than the player

As you can see - the 2nd line tells you the Chapter in Z Chronicles you have to play, to unlock the DP. Therefore go to "02. Piccolo's Trump Card" chapter in Saiyan Saga.

The Character that has the DP is stated on the 3rd line. Therefore you must fit the requirements with the character.

For example: The Fight is Piccolo vs Raditz and you play as Piccolo, therefore you are the "opponent" stated in the requirements to activate Raditz' DP. So to unlock the DP you must have more health than Raditz and you must perform 1 persuit attack and the DP will unlock.

(Note: "Time Runs Out" requirement: this just means that the DP can only be unlocked after a certain time into the battle - usually about 10-20 seconds in)
