In order to cut down on many of the recurring problems that come up in the forums, I think that the two toolbars at the top, starting with "Home" and "User CP," should be enlarged. Increasing the bars two twice the size that they are and the text within just over twice, they would automatically stand out to those who never payed any attention to them (and cluttered things up as a result) and will also be more noticeable to new users. They're small enough at the moment to where the proposed increase wouldn't impact the functionality or 'smoothness' of the forums.

The size is variable depending on the persons choice of text size because they aren't images.

For example if you hold Ctrl+Mouse wheel up or Ctrl+Plus key (+)
They increase in size... I use the Normal default size text on my browser but for anyone that uses any bigger the increasing in the size of that toolbar may cause them graphical problems?

Just a thought.

I see, but either way, increasing the default size would make them much more obvious to everyone.
