Okay first thing, I don't know if this is just me but my tag isn't showing up in the top left hand corner and on the forums. I also can't see anyone else's either like below their avatar. So if anyone can help me on that I'd be grateful. Also I was looking through the forums and saw someone with 'Red Room Member' below their forum name. What does that mean?

1. The gamercards are like that for everyone, probably just needs some fixing on the server that I'd expect to be done within the next day or two.

2. The Red Room was basically the pre-historic version of the Subscriber's Forum. Maka had it as his user title for the longest time I believe.
I think there was a discussion on whether to bring it back or not, but it was put to rest some time ago. Last I remember hearing about it was back in late January or early February.

Red room was a title given to people who had been exemplary members of the site. They were given privilege to see and post in a special forum (much like the subscriber board) as well as a few that Minty or Webb specifically liked got a sweet custom title under their name that read "Red Room Member."

As Webb himself puts it...
- Grammar - that they adhere to the grammar rules.
- Quality - that the members' posts are of a good quality (no spamming or flaming). Remember, it's quality, not quantity ;) This also means, NO pointless threads or threads that incited flaming.
- Contribution - similar to above, but they must be regular posters, i.e daily or weekly posting not monthly ;)

It was designed to be a way to give credit and respect to people who knew the forum well and respected the forum but eventually became a way for members to show off the size of their epeens and brag about their own "greatness." Eventually the mods and everyone else had enough of a few of the red room members tarnishing the name of the site by acting like jerks to everyone and the red room was scrapped.

At the same time that the Red Room Members were ruining the privilege of being a Red Room Member other members outside of the red room were infuriated that they either didn't get in or were just jealous and trying to cover it up with angry posts when they obviously didn't deserve entry.

Im getting sick of hearing about this red room. I think you should consider deleting it from the site, your pushing people away with it. I wanted to be a part of it but i think its just stupid now.

I believe your alienating people on the site from forming your own little "click".
I mean come on, a thread or whatever for good spellars and regular posters

I use correct grammer and spelling (well i try to) but dont post everyday cos i have a life, does that mean im not in your click.

Really the red room was meant to be a somewhat secret orginization that was supposed to (as Webb put) be a place for mature members to talk to each other.

Most of the Red Room Members have left the site by now and the idea of implementing another red room has been brought up but inevitably shot down.

Regardless of the absence of the red room the site continued to grow and more (productive) groups were formed that the members of the site could participate in such as the review team, guide team, and graphics team.

Anywho, little offtopic x360a lore for you.
