Demo Coming August 24

Just Cause developers Avalanche Studios have just announced that a demo of the game will be released onto the Xbox Live Marketplace on August 24.


No details on the features of the demo have been revealed yet, but according to the Avalanche website, they will be revealed soon.


After the Prey incident im not holding my breathe on this date but I really look forward to checking this title out first hand.

That's good, I've been anticipating playing this game for ages and ages so I'm really happy to know when the demo comes out. But like Sarge indicated, it will probably get delayed like Prey did.

I'm really glad to hear this. I liked the footage I saw from E3 of the game but it didn't really look that next gen but I've read in a couple magazines that is supposedly looks really great on 360, plus it's like GTA on an island so I'll definitely try this out. I almost wish it wasn't accouned though. It seems when they don't announce a demo, it is more likely to show up.

yeah hopefully the demo is a little bit better than saints row demo, maybe they'll make the missions in the demo longer too

THe demo was really fun, the achievements look like they can be be achieved and its a game that has alot to offer a must buy for me. chaulk that up right next to star wars lego :p

I am very impressed with the graphics. They are crystal clear and are making me think my investment in my hdtv was worth it just for video games! I think the shadows on the trees look great and the rest of the environment looks very sleek. I will probably buy this game as well, the whole stunt feature is cool too. I recomend everyone download this and try it out. Graphics alone are one of the 360s best yet.

and yea its fun I just went back and started messing around I just git 4 helo jumps in a row...

I wonder for the achievements like 20 land stuns and 20 air stunts what they mean by that

wow... i wasnt going to get this game, but the demo was pretty sweet and im thinking deeply about it now
