Achievements not working!? HELP

Most of the achievements are working
But for example i have beaten a level with below 10% Accuracy, and without shooting takedowns
But those achievements wont pop up!?
Can some one please help

I just had this as well, beat a level with exactly 90% accuracy, never used a hand-to-hand takedown, nor a shooting takedown and didn't get any of the 3 achievements.

I had the same problem. I think I figured it out though. I believe for these to work you have to be below 10% for the low one and actually above 90% for the others.

Also, you can replay the same chapter 3 times for this as well. I did the infiltration one and got it to work. That level is the easiest to hit your accuracy on because their are only a few situations where you are forced to shoot.

i know it might sound crazy but survive the professor is the quickest and easiest way to get you percentage achievements for shooting. put it on easy shoot the tanks and don;t miss him in the barn. taking him out is easily done in under 2 minutes on easy just got deadeye and need glasses in under 20 minutes. for need glasses once you out of the house theres a shack with unlimited ammo behind it, i filled up an unloaded on the shack about ten times ended up at 3% for the stage after i fought him. hope this helps

for the hand to hand without a take down i went to the shipyard infiltration stage. from the start there are nine guys who you fight with no gun. four of the nine only take three hits to beat. put it on easy go to that stage fight the 9 guys then restart stage, it will count them as long as your in campaign mode. not sure if it will in replay i did it in actual campaign. i also used this for the enviromental take downs. @ the beginning of the stage you climb from the water on to the dock, dont sneek kill the first guy, fight him he'll fill your adrenaline. going toward the second guy there's a locker. don't shoot him let him come to you and do a take down, he'll be thrown into the locker(e take down 1) fight the next guy at the gate and refill your adrenaline after the cut scene go through the gate just ahead on the left is a cooler and a pole wait there for the next guy and take him down. should bounce him off pole or cooler(take down 2) pick the lock and hit the guy inside just enough to fill you adrenaline the back toward the filing cabinet on the left as you walk in. take him down should back him in to it or slam him into it(take down 3) when you come out of the shack just beat the guy that come at you and go up to the dock after the boat cut scene. you might have to hit this guy once to get enough adrenaline(just once 3 will kill)back up to the coolers to the left of the stairs you came up. take him down( number 4) beat the next guy after a guard will run up hit him enough to fill your adrenaline and go back to the coolers on the left and take him down, once again you'll bounce his head off the cooler(e take down 5) this takes about 3 min once you have it down just keep repeating to finish off how many u need. him hope this helps.
