can u defeat the same physcopath over and over again to get these two achievements

I think the psychos have to be done on one playthrough which means you'd have to fight all the psychos.

I can't even think of all ten psychopaths as I'm pretty sure the convicts don't count. I've only run into seven. The hatchet man, the fat security guard bitch, the clown, the grocery store owner, the molotov cocktail kid, the butcher, and the cultist in the theater.

There is also Cletus at the gunshop, the 3 snipers,

Oh right, the snipers. I took them down. Totally forgot about them because they were so easy. I wonder if the guy in the end in the tank is the last one.
