Im stuck on 96.67% on gta4, someone please help me!

Can Someone help me please im stuck on gta4 at 96.67%

Ive done

Story Missions

Procedural Missions
Little Jacob drug delivery
Brucie 10 cars export
Brucie Races
Assassinations

Car Thefts
All 30 text message cars

Friends
Brucie - Helicopter
Little Jacob - Guns
Packie - Bomb
Beat everyone at pool, dart and bowling

Games
Darts vs friend or computer
Bowling vs friend in a FULL game
Pool vs friend or computer win
QUB3D beat high score

Random Characters
As far as i can tell i have finished all of these
on my stats it says ive done 12 and i have the acheievemnt for meeting
all of them (i know some have more than one mission) And i haven't
seen anymore blue dots on the radar. Ive also read the list of what there
are, and theres Ivan i haven't met (i can't remember if i killed him or not,
i guess i have as ive met all of them) Clarence not sure if ive met him,i don't think ive done him yet, but ive never seen the blue mark where he is meant to be. all of the other i know i have done.

Most Wanted
Kill all 30 PEDs on list

Vigilante
Complete 20 crimes

Flying Rats
Find all 200 pigeons

Unique Stunt Jumps
Complete all 50 stunt jumps


Anyone know of any ideas of why i'm not finished?

Just as a side note you need to complete all off the random characters encounters except for Jeff, Cherise Clarence and Ivan to get 100%.

Have you done all of the activities with the friends (Brucie, Packie, Dwayne/Playboy, LJ)? I know you have to play the games but you must also take them to clubs, eat, drink and strippers. To do eating and drinking, go to the diner place in the south of the first island. When you finish eating, you can walk to the right into Comrades bar and do drinking as well.
