*SPOILER* How do you get the different endings?

Just finished this game last night and got ending C. I did all the main cases, and then went up stairs and read the note about Otis and the special forces guys. I then tried killing some of those, got kidnapped, escaped, and went and chilled on the helicopter pad for like 20 minutes to wait out the clock. Then at noon I got the cutscene where the pilot gets mauled and it says the governmet covered everything up. I was kind of mad because I thought I did everything and I got the crappy ending. Do you have to go back to the hideout and talk to Isabella or something? Or own all the special forces guys?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm going to start working on another 72 hour right now.

EDIT: I caved and bought a strategy guide, I'll start a thread containing the endings and anything else people might need.

after u see jessie as a zombie u do go back to the hideout but the cutscene really dosent tell u anything. after that i heard u have 2 go fight the leader of the special forces but i have no idea where he is.

Turns out you need to visit carlito's hideout once between 12am and 10am aand once after 10am, though the game never tells you that.
