I think I just jumped on a pile of Dry wall or something like that..(it was to the RIGHT of the Grocery Store..I think)
Then I just shot here a bunch with a few pistols I had... Its pretty easy because she just circles around you and shoots a few times.. But she cant ever acctully run you over..

Ok I just beat her but in return all the rest of my cases became expired? Was I not supposed to do this?

Just make sure you continue to shoot here until the GREEN bar above her head is EMPTY.. Then you should have no problem..

Im almost positive I beat her, she had little no life and i shot her with a shotgun. I could be wrong, Ill try it again.

well if/when you do beat her it will show a cinematic of you pinning her down. If you run outa time it will show her driving away.. So there figure it out. XD

Try a nail gun, they're all over in stores being built. I stood on a pile of garbage where she couldn't get me and kept shooting her.

i used the clown's chainsaw and ot her in 2-3 hits, but it did take some practice to time it right

This is very easy if you have a sniper rifle. After the cut scene just jump up on the boxes that are stacked on the dry wall on your right. Aim for her head it takes like 5 or six shots and its is very quick. One of the easier battles.
