Hey, Just Recently I Completed Condemned And I Got Every Single Thing In The Game And Yet I Didnt Get The Gold Bird Achievement And Propaganda Reports 3 X 4 So I Obviously Was Really Confused By This Would Anyone Like To Help Me Try Get The Achievements.

Try looking at the EXTENSIVE amount of information regarding this that is already posted on this site. I know you're new (and welcome btw) and I'll go easy, but please look through the game threads for the answer.
