Theres a bike showroom that has loads, im really sorry tho i cant remember where, i know its near one of the stunt jumps at the top of the third island, its the jump off the big multistory parking lot, just search around there and you should find it.

Well you can cheat a NGR 900 without disableing anything...Or you can look on the "You got the Message" Map and get the one there

NRG's are pretty easy to find by the airport and Bohan I think. Algonquin and south Alderney also. You could use the cheat but that's no fun right!? Haha yeah so good luck!

Or go here http://grandtheftauto.ign.com/maps/1/Liberty-City-Map and go vehicles click on the box and unclick the start box and it will show u where all the bikes are.
