Expired Cases?

has anyone had this happen to them yet?

After the last case in case 1, it showed me the next case would happen at 6AM. Then after it said that, all the cases went to expired. So.... did I screw the story mode up or something?

this happend to me and then i reloaded it, you have to switch your objectives, and go to the park and then it will skip to a cut scene with the prion inmates...

yeah.... guess i'm screwed then. Since I saved thinking nothing of it at first.

Okay, I havn't had any problems with this, but my friend over live has been having this happen to him a lot, the only thing i can think of, is hes going after a lot of psychopaths, while im focusing on just the cases, and getting them done, im done with case 3, and only have killed 3 psychopaths and rescued 3 surivors. I do a lot of waiting in the security room for time to pass.

yeah that's what I did. I got sidetracked with saving people. Plan on starting over tomorrow and only doing the story.

If u miss the case one, then yes, ur screwed over for the story and u cant uncover what happened.

For the true ending, you have to complete all cases and save EVERYONE.

I hope you dont have to save everyone. Because some of the AI pissses me off. When they just stand there and get surrounded or they wont walk threw doors ect...

Yea as people have said already, missing any of the main cases that have to do with Brad or Jessie results in the cases becoming expired.

Saving the 11 ppl at the start dont count as people you need to save, they die instantly -_-V

The scoops (survivors) help you gain levels, most of the time you will level up everytime you bring a survivor back.

And yes, the AI is severely retarded.. Aaron is by far the stupidest AI ever. even if you give him a weapon (even a submachine gun) he won't ever use it..

Those are only the first case scoop's.. the survivors down the line are worse... -_-V

So I am having little difficulty with the first day but I have to be somewhere at 6 am to start the next day. I dont want to miss it because I see the game is fucked if you do. Where should I go...and what do you do about those dudes with the machine gun in the jeep?
