GTA random characters.

well ive been trying to meet all the random characters but have been having some trouble finding them. i go to their area but theres no icon. i know that theres a special time you must arrive at the area, so does anybody know what time your supposed to go at for each random character? it would save me soo much time of waiting.:confused:

I'm not quite sure I just made sure I marked off the ones I had been to then just went from spot to spot via taxi until I found one, takes a while but it worked.

Just don't wait in the location for hours because I don't think that they will just appear if you are in the area. Go around, save for a bit come back and you might see them, if you don't just save some bit more or kill yourself to advance time and check again. thanks man. working so far. well.. my only problem now is Brian. i go to his location but he NEVER shows up/:confused: ive waited a whole day but nothing..
