While doing side missions. I was told to get a ambulance and get to the way point, then got shuved into the water from a high height, Half my screen was blue and the othere half black. and it unlocked,

All colle\ct missions complete, Ive got the blue prints. man, I want a super-potent weapon, Red Eyes, I want my intel back, The Cleavage, Salt Refinery... yeah right, Back-door action, Slippery when wet, white beaches, We have ways of making you talk, Staying power and New kind of kick.

Yeah, that's a well-known glitch in the game.

Pretty cheap, but if it was an accident, what can you do? As long as you didn't do it meaningfully, it shouldn't matter much. It only takes about 2 hours to finish off all of the collection missions.

looks like they have not fixed it.

just got the game and i had to get an ambulance and take it to a drop off point.

got to drop off point and nothing happened, so i drove over to a nearby blue dot. as i did, the left half of the screen went blue and the right half black. it then started to tell me all these achievements i had just got followed by a list of missions i had done.

like getting the achievements but spoil't the game for me as i like doing collectibles in games.
