FYi player review system on GTA

I kind of thought preferring a player may help you join a lobby with your buddies. Unfortunately I don't think this is the case now. This is because I have got someone on my aviod list unfortunately it constantly keeps on pairing me up with this person :uzi:

a lobby system with a few filtering options for game type is honestly the only shortcoming i have found with this game... not only are we missing the option to play ranked matches with friends, but i seem to piss off half the room when i try to host a free race or cannonball run or anything besides stupid ass super cars... so many arguments and bad blood could be avoided with a very simple lobby patch

I agree with Bobo, I actually enjoy doing the free race and cannonball runs, but if you are the host and try to set these races up there is a very good chance of everyone else voting the host out

i had the same problem. avoided players as they were lagging the game and it appeared they were doing it to their advantage then i got in a room with them again!

I agree the multiplayer choices are piss poor! why cant they look at GoW and Halo and stick to formats that work, as for creating co-op achievements and forcing you to work with complete strangers WTF were they thinking?

They definately need to cut downthe amount of people in Races, to at least 8, maybe 6. 16 is just too much, plus it makes the game so unfair, I mean seriously 16 cars going round 1 corner is just stupid, I've not once been in a match where 12 people didn't all pile up on the first corner. Basically, if you start in 1st, you will stay 1st.

yea i know wat ur talking about. If a race comes up thats not a normal race with cars then everyone tries to boot u. Just try one wit boats and u'll be gone like fast

I've only ever really used it on Halo 3 and found it to work. Never really had to use it apart from on Halo and GTA. It would be interesting to know whether it actually works or it's just a gimmick
