Brucie race missions stopped appearing????

I am worried I've hit a bug.I started a save and phoned Brucie to do a race.He said there was one going on in the 3rd island and the start location appeared on my map.I was all set to go pick up my racing car from my safehouse when I realised that the safehouses aren't marked on your map when on a race mission.No worries I thought,I reloaded the save and phoned Brucie again with the safehouse waypointed.He says no races.Kinda funny I thought seeing as I am playing the exact same save.Ah well,I thought,I'll try later.

Now here is my worry.I've tried calling every hour since that call and each time he says there are no races.I've gone and done some pigeon hunting,a mission etc then tried calling but still he will not offer a race.I'd only done 2 prior to this and know I need to do the races for 100%.

Anyone have any tips on what to try as I will gleefully snap my disc in two if this has screwed my 100%.Anyone else had this happen? Hope someone can help :/

I'm getting it too. I think you have to move to a new area with races to get it. If I'm wrong, don't hesitate cause I want to know too.

i just drove to a different island and rang him again. that seemed to work. hope it works out for you

This is a weird one, but seems to work by moving islands.

I was able to do a whole string of races all on one island, even repeating races, but then for some random reason it just stopped letting me do any races. Went over to the third island and it let me race again :)
