Party Mode Ranked Matches

Do the ranked matches that you have access to from the party mode still count towards your money. I ask this because ive played a couple of Ranked Deathmatchs with a friend and normally when you finish a game it will come up saying money needed to rank up but this does not happen. Anyone got any ideas?

Well, I'm guessing that it doesn't count, if it never has appeared on screen. But I don't know.

I think you can only play ranked party games if its a team game.
Anything like (Single) deadthmatch will be a player game, which means no money.
