Need help on key to the city ?????

well i was thinking i have 94.17% and ive done every thing except pigeons and pigeons are worth 2.5% by using my calculations that doesn't add up to a 100%.

i have done

story missions
friends activities
jobs
random characters
stunt jumps
Stevie's cars

can any 1 help i might have missed out on something

did u do all the activities with little jacob..and all the other characters...strip club..all activities with brucie.bowling,darts,eating etc...refer to the achievement by razzleson for further help..
