Trouble With "You Got The Message" Achievement

I completed the game and now I want to do the side missions. Is it possible to do the side missions after completing the game? I'm especially having trouble with the "You Got The Message" achievement where you get text messages from Stevie to steal cars and take it to his garage. Can you still do this mission after the story is completed, and where is the first car and garage at?

Yes,you can do all the side missions you have yet to complete after you are done with the story.
