Final Mission Frustration !!! *Spoiler*

ok so im on the final mission and im chasing down demtri(sp?) every time i get into the boat and chase him down Little Jacob flys under the boat so im suppost to jump off the boat and get in the Choppa. the first 2 times i had no problem doing it. now every time i get to this point in the game the boat will not go fast enough to get to him and he gets away. is this just a Glitch? or am i doing somehting wrong? as soon as i drop from the choppa into the water i get right into the boat and half way through the chase my boat is directly under Demtris Choppa? so i know im not going to slow.. i just cant get in Kittle Jacobs Choppa. i have tried starting the whole mission over and still get the same problem every time :(

someone please help before i lose my mind here :(

Ok, do you push forward on the analog making the boat point down. If so then that is not going to work just try pressing RT with out pushing forward on the analog. Good luck on this.

this exact thing is happening to me. Jacob tells you to get under the chopper, i floor toward the waypoint, and when im like 50 feet out he just takes off without and i fail the mission because Dimitri gets away. WTF!?

Why are you guys in a boat? I drove along the shore on a dirt bike.

There are two endings depending on which mission choice you chose previous to this one. One on a bike one in the boat and you hunt down whichever person you didn't kill yet.

I'm going through the same thing, did it twice in which i screwed up on the helicopter..now i can't even get on the damn thing. Really depressing as this is the last part of the game and it's getting to be such a pain. =/

ive done both endings and i think the boat ending is the hardest. Its a pain in hte ass but you will nail it eventually!

This last missions sounds much harder than the one i did.

I think the last mission sucked. In fact it was all down hill from Kate being killed. What was the point in that? Been better if he could have married Kate or other ending of catching a jet down to Vice City with Roman....

When you see the chopper coming, i held down on the left stick and managed to catch up just before he takes off. I think it's just luck really. Took me a few tries. After the first time i got on the chopper, dimitri blew me up so i had to try it again :mad:
