100% question

After you get the friends all above 90% to get the achievement and get the percentage that you need towards the 100%, if you lose their percentage below that level and dont do stuff with them anymore, does it take away your percentage in the game? OR does it just stick because you already got them above the 90% likeness???

You got it when you got it. You probably didn't do all the activities and beat them at the games you can take them to. But honestly, I bet you didn't know that you can say you're going to hang out, and then cancel plans right after and you won't lose like or respect? Works with the girlfriends too.

The achievement (Liberty City (5) )has no bearing on the 100% completion.

Just use the chart to make certain that you've successfully completed all activities with all friends - Unlocking thier special abilities DOES count towards 100%, but after the % that they like you is irrelevant to finishing out 100%.
