for the GTA races half of it... does winning mean finishing first in the race or finishing with the most money... cuz ive seen plenty of people rack up more money from kills than they would finishing first place...

most likely it would be winning the race, iono tho cuz money is the big thing in most games.

Check your stats after you win in first place but with less money and see if you got a win.
