ok, everyday people post, "where can i find this/that" threads, so i thought it as about time someome made a thread that could amass all our combined finds into one place....

when i say item spawn i mean, specific cars, bikes and showrooms and stuff.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but you can get an rpg on a small island just north of the 2nd island. It's nice to get free explosives!! And there's usually a silver coquette by the big church on the 2nd island too.
