Skate and Moto Park Location???

I know where the skate park is on the dock of #2 island, but where is the other one? I've seen it once but forgot to note it's location? Any ideas?

There is another skate park further north of the one at the docks. Isn't too far away. No idea where the moto park is tho, only been there once and didn't see where I was.

hello its underneath the broker bridge near the fishmarket on algonquin,there is also a pigion there.hope that helps.
