I have unlocked all islands but if i go underground and raise my level 6 times using the cheat can i still get it.

Wouldnt it just be easier to make earn a six star wanted level, then spawn a helicopter and fly around for 5 minutes? That way you don't have the risk of it not unlocking.

you can still get achievements with cheats except for 4 of them i dont remember for sure but i think this is one of them also it only disables the achievements until you reload so if you save and reload where you just saved it will be available again
