I am 57% in the game over $500,000 yet I still can not buy a rocket launcher why??

To buy a weapon/armor you must first use it in a mission. Once it's used in a mission it's available to buy from the store or a friend.

The mission i got one on was one from derrick Mcreary.

yup, the mission is called Babysitting and it's the one in a boat with a McReary brother. After that you can buy it from the store.

lol that is the mission I am on thanks I had no idea i could use the RL would make things alot easier.
