20 Pistol Not in Party Mode?

I played a TDM from party mode and got 34 kills with my pistol, yet no achievement. I can't play with my buddies when I try to get this one? I was only in a two-man party.

Judging by that, it might have to be in a regular deathmatch, not a team deathmatch. It also has to be ranked, did you do it in a ranked match?

Do a Ranked Deathmatch. I suggest Conie Island (I think that's the name, small island between first and second island) and try for like 20 mins. I got it in like 10 mins there.

Yeah, it's that ranked word that's sticking you. R* decided to make all the achievements ranked only to basically rule out any possibility of boosting.... they're going to have to be all skill..... unless you're willing to waste a lot of time and probably some rep just to boost.... then it's possible.

If you need to boost this ach you probably need to stay away from FPS games.

I got this one when I joined a ranked Deathmatch in the industrial area. The host had set the win conditions to $7500 - It took a long, long time. Everyone who played got the achievement that game.

my friend joined me in ranked TDM party mode and has 40 killes with pistol but no achievement. So I assume the achievement only unlock in rank match not from party mode.
