Declining to hang out with them and I think not hanging out with them to. You won't lose it till you get to 35% so you should be good

The like you if you do things with them, as you go more time without doing activities with them, they will start liking you less until you do another activity with them.

If you keep saying no or you don't call them in a while.
It goes down around 6%?

Whenever they call, accept it and then call them back and cancel plans with no loss.

However, if you make the initial call then cancel plans you will lose 'likeness'.

Sometimes you will see it randomly go down (happened to me 3 times in 70 hours of play) and you get a message asking why you ignored them, but I was either in a main mission, cutscene or saving the game and therefore never saw the call, so it's kind of unfair. :P

After i got all the achievments that got blocked i just used the ammo cheat. and after i got liberty city(5) i just told everyone to screw themselves and that i didnt care.

Yea... i spawned a helocopter and we went to do sumthin. He got out accidentliy and i hit him wit the blades. Instantly said he got injured and he called me to pick him up frm the hospital.

after i got the achievement for liberty city 5 i would pick my friends up in a helicopter, fly them to a roof with no ledge and push them off. its pretty satisfying.:)
