i was just wondering when do you unlock assination's: it mentions a truck mission in the guide. Is that the one where you blow up the garage in Bohan for Faustin?

Also if that is the mission where is this payfone?

you get the assassins missions shortly after you unlock alderney, the third island. So it's a while into the game.

You unlock the assassin missions after the mission "Truck Hustle". Look here for more details on them:
