Question About Dwayne and A Random Question Too

Hey, I've finished the game and have all 5 of my friends still alive, but I can't raise the "like" level of Dwayne at all. I can never get him on the phone and never got a call from him to set up like hanging out or whatever, if anyone has any advice on this let me know. I'm trying to get that achievement for having all your friends like you more than 90%.

Also, I'm going for the "Under the Radar" achievement, I'm having no problem getting under the bridges and I know where they all are, I'm just having a problem actually finding a helicopter! I know there is one at the airport that has machine guns on it and stuff, but every time I get it I get at least a 4 star rating. So I guess my question is, anyone know where an easy to access helicopter is?

You can only hang out with Dwayne after you've replied to his email. Head to the nearest Tw@ cafe, and reply positively to his email. After you've done so, you'll be able to arrange activities.

Are you big on using cheats? If you want easy access to a helicopter, dial 359-555-0100. :) If you don't want to cheat, google your question. I can't remember a specific location for a helicopter spawn.

Dwayne and Roman don't count towards Liberty City (5) so don't worry.

And go to Heli-Tours in the south east of Algonquin and sometimes htere's a few tour choppers there.

I got my achievement after getting 90 something with dwayne...
They dont count towards the 100%, but they do on the liberty city (5) [All the friends remaining like you 90% or more, something like that].

Yeah thats not true. Everyone still alive but Dwayne is at 90% and I don't have the achievement. But I am having this problem also, he is such a bitch to hang out with.

Still having trouble finding a helicopter without cheating (haven't since I got the game), but I'll find it soon enough.

I replied to Dwaynes E-mail sooooooooo long ago and he never called me. Any other way to make him call you lol? I know I replied too because I deleted the E-Mail afterwards. And Everytime I call him it just goes straight to voicemail, I dont even have the option to go like drinking with him, just Call.
