Dwayne NEVER answers his Phone! Why?

I been calling Dwayne for 2 actual days now and not once has he picked up. My friend told me before this that you had to rpely to his E-mail and I did. EVERY time I call him it goes to his Voicemail where its like Yo. This Dwayne. Dont know why Im doin this cuz nobody leaves me messages. Your all fake blah blah blah.

And idea why?

yes, you need to reply to his email and than WAIT for his phone call....it can take couple of ingame days...

what you can do is save the game (each saves takes the ingame time by 6hrs) and wait a few mins to see if you get a call from him, if not repeat

I did reply to his e-mail a longgg time ago. How long does it take for him to call you back? Its been at LEAST 10 days in game since I did that.

if i remember correctly....i completed the main story line at around 50days, than i reply to his email and didn't get a call from him around day 80s

during that time i gotten 8 different achievement before he called me...
