i was looking into buying this game but wasn't sure if the achievements where easy or pains. can someone please shed some light on this subject, thanks

Well, how many points do you want exactly? :)

You get 150 in the first 5 minutes (literally) and can get another 200 or so within an hour or two max. Then the grind sets in...

Someone on this forum claimed he got 900 points in 30 hours. The last two achievements are very time consuming though. Here's my guide (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=71803) for the last two if you're interested (shameless, I know).

In short, expect a few quick points and then a loooong time for the rest :).

all of the achievements in this game are extremely easy. It just takes time and effort.

all of the achievements in this game are extremely easy. It just takes time and effort. I guess if you look at it that way, then every game has easy achievements.

Like botafogo007 said 150 in the first 5 minutes, 750 in the next 30 or so hours. Final 100 takes some time, which I decline to do.

I personally got 900pts in 23hours. If you want a quick 900, just do all story related missions(ones marked with a !) and most difficult when no story missions are there.

I completed missions in either 3-25minutes. I never worried about fame and only used horses since they move the quickest. You can hire them at the tavern. When I finished the game I was at lvl 75 and with 850K in coin.

I usually got my books off from taking out captains during gameplay and on the very first mission for each star set.

u can get all 1000 rather easy. u shouldnt have any trouble. but it takes about 90hours to get all 1k
