Everytime I call Dwayne I get his machine. Why won't he pick up his phone. He did call me once but I just ignored him. What do I do now?

Go to an internet cafe and reply to his email. He will call you.

all you can really do is just keep trying him or you can go to your safehouse, save, call him and if no joy wash rinse repeat until he answers. hope this helps

I haven't gotten an email from him. And I have finished the story. And the keep calling him thing doesn't work either.

Try to scroll down in yout mailbox. He will only call you if you answer to an email!

There are no emails in my mailbox. So there is nothing to reply. I'm thinking I already replied to him but ignored him after that.
