I checked it out. Played one match.

- I demand Japanese voices. Seriously, English VA is terrible
- Controls are alright
- In matches you have mini-cutscenes (through moves) to unlock and goals to achieve (like perform an ultimate move, win in 90 seconds or less).
- The intro is great

Overall, your average demo. Not great, not terrible. If those goals are any indication for achievements, it's going to be a royal pain in the butt.

The controls are very basic and easy to grasp. No huge button mashing required.

The anime was dead by the time it got to Buu, it was horrible.

I was pretty surprised with the demo. It was a lot better than I originally thought it would. I am definetly looking forward to this.

I played the Demo first time i played a Dragonball Z game in years.It looks prity and i found by just pressing random buttons it did things that looked great.I did have it on easy however.Still i'm still unsure about this.The whole point in me playing the Demo was for the 50/50 to become more or less but it's stayed the same.I may have a go on normal and hard later.

Demo was great, I like the idea of working for little perks during fights, and the graphics are amazing. Look, if you loved DBZ as a kid, just pick this game up when it comes out, wont kill you and you will have fun.

i'm not really a dbz fan, but this game was quite good. i may even buy it. i hope my game experience won't be ruined by the fact that i know nothing about the show

i thought it was pretty good, but the combos are abit too easy for my liking cos it doesnt really brake up the skill range from button bashing retard/expert combo ninja master guy.

Hopefully itl have a decent multiplayer community. But wateva im just glad they stuck with the 3 first sagas cos when it got to buu or boo or bou or the pink loogi.
I started losing interest fast.

You mad? you really want to hear a foreign voice speaking rapidly with subtitles? or do you mean Japanese accents? cause that would piss off a lot of westerner not to have the voices they grew up with. Each to this own though.

Back to the topic. I really enjoyed this demo, extremely short, but fun. But unfortunately not as good as DBZ:Tenky budakachi 2 ....how ever it is spelled

I'm definitely hyped about this game. At first thought it would end up being thrown into the long list of bad DB games...but through the demo, the graphics are great, everything moves smoothly and I will definitely be buying it.

I dont know why so many DBZ fans want jap voices. Especially whent hey dont even understand japanese. Personaly I think the jap voices ruin the show. Im so used to growing up with the english voices and I hate how all the japanese voice overs make all these huge muslecular tesotorone filled Z fighters sound like women.

Yeah the demo was pretty good! It did what a demo is ment to do, make you want more!... and show you a little bit of the game.. :p I can't wait for this one to come out. Only 3 more days till I get it! Comes out June 10th here in Canada.
