Giving money to tramps?

I just noticed this line in the Stats... under 'Money', I think "Money given to tramps". At first, I assumed it referred to those sax-playing Buskers you can find in a few places, but I've thrown some money down for them twice, and that line still reads '0'.

Anybody know what it's about?

That dude isn't a tramp, he's a street musician. The tramps are bums in back alleys you can randomly give 10 bucks to.
That or just beat the shit out of them, the choice is yours.

Anyway, I've tried to approach those hobos quite a few times, and I've never seen an option to give 'em money... it's with LB, I presume?

yeh its LB they bum/tramp will ask u for a dollar and u will give him 10 for sum reason lol..

they're usually holding out cups for change and the LB prompt will show up to give 'em cash
