I would like to know the same. Sure i can spawn one with cheats, but it doesn't have rockets. The thing with this Annihilator is the guns absolutely suck, i want rockets like before, something that actually do something.

You know that pigeon on the lower half of the center island, where you had to helicopter onto a really tall building's pad and climb down? The chopper's either on that pad or really close to it.

there is a blue heli there, the other is the weasel helicopter that spawns on the coast of the last island (sometimes) and then there is one in the back yard in the northern most part of the 3rd island... in none of those locations does an annihilator spawn. Have to disagree with you on that one.

I read that it was on top fo the ME TV building, which normaly has a mavric. I've been to the top of the ME TV building to get my annihilator but there's no chopper there at all now. I've been up six times so far and made sure the game says I have 200 pigeons....so sad....

So you have to fly a helicopter up the building to get the helicopter..........ummmm.

The building he's talking about has a lift that takes you most of the way up, then there's a ladder to the top.
