Liberty City Minute Glitched?

I am having problems with this achievement. I beat the game at 29 hours and 40 minutes (got sidetracked in the beginning) I got the achievement for beating the game but not for beating it under 30 hours. Any ideal why?

I've read that you have to watch the final cutscene. Did you watch it? Try reloading and watching it again maybe.

No i skipped it because I thought I would be out of time. A half hour should be enough time to be the last mission you think?

The reason is because you have to watch the credits and that takes bout 20 mins. That counts towards the amount of time that you play the game.

i skipped the credits and still got the liberty city minute achievment.

you have to watch the final cutscene, credits dont matter.

If you don't watch the final cut scene then it basically skips that achievement. It happened to me so I have to beat the game all over again. Sorry

I finished in 27 hours or so and I skipped the credits, but once I got to the final cutscene, the achievement popped up.

Yeah make sure you watch the last cut scene. You should of read about the achievo before you attempted it

I'm currently watching the credits now, man they are long! I watched the last cutscene to so hopefully it will unlock.

Man these credits are long, and a pain in the ass! Especially cause im waitin on the Achievement to unlock, Grr!!

I definitely won't get this achievement on my first play through. Once I get 100% achievement will definitely whizz through the game again. Dawdled at the beginning of the game because I didn't know what to do :(
