Weapon Theft

any tips on where i can easily get this

I just kind of focused on this throughout the game and it eventually came. Its been a while since I played this so it isn't fresh anymore but on the beach level where you have to climb up the cliff to fight that guy if you stay at the bottom some enemies will infinetely respawn there.

yeah Im dumb. I thought you had to break your weapon before you could steal another.
this came pretty quick.
