I love the frying pan! Just pick it up and put it on the stove and then get close to a zombie and instead of tapping X hold it down and you press the read hot pan to their face and burn it black :woop:

as of just now the most i have killed was 277.

i love using the sickel to take off the heads and the legs lol and the knives cause, impale a zombie by throwing it and then using cooking oil and when theyir slipping either have a barrage of golf balls or a bowling ball or two

Putting on the lego looking heads on Zombies was a blast, but you can't go wrong with the shopping kart.
Also in the toy store (first floor) there were light-up swords that were fun but did little to no damage to the zombies...

i got around 250 or so, cant wait till the full game it out, gonna work on all the zombie kill achievements :D

You should kill each of them in a different way and write a book- 53,594 Ways To Kill A Zombie.

Man I can't wait for this game now that you guys have played it and you says it's fun.

Did anybody find a mechanical screw thing from one of the videos, where you can stick it into the zombie's body and the body is spinning around, and you can use the body to kill other zombies while you walk around...

And I'm sure I'll love the umbrella too:D.

I think some of the weapons are in other places in the mall that aren't available in the demo. I didn't see any umbrellas (but I know they're there) and the psycho in the movie theater has the broadsword that I've seen in the demo, but you can't actually fight him and take it.

I'm so happy that I bought this game. I wish I'd saved my money from Prey and Chromehounds and just purchased this instead... heh ;)

Oh yeah, and one of the achievements listed is riding a certain distance on the backs of zombies with "zombie ride". Anybody figure out how to do this in the demo? (If you even can.)

If you get close to them and jump you climb up them and then press jump again to jump off of them for a high jump. You can stay on their shoulders but you fall off quick. Maybe you can balance or something.

I got 618 kills today before time ran out. Load up on bats & hunting knives and mix up some zombait (snack + pie). Zombait makes all the zombies focus on and walk toward you.

They are in the bushes/fountain towards the movie theater entrance on the first floor.

My best kills is 103 i think and i enjoy the bullingball thingie and the bat, i just like powering the swing and then hitting a few around me

231 is the most I've bagged thus far... I love the shopping cart, more fun than kills though rolling them down (although I'm sure it must hurt to kick a shopping cart the way he does). I also think it's funny as hell to hit them with the soda cans and once they're down go in with the sledge hammer. Also love the frying pan tricks. Also think it's cool the way the health system is done, I just wish they'd gotten a few licenses to include real places, what mall doesn't have a Boardwalk Fries, and Cinnabon. Could you imagine "health running a bit low pick up a new Quad Stacker at Burger King". Then again after all the BK stuff in Fight Night, it might not be such a good thing after all.

I hope there is a directory kiosk in this mall -- that would really help in finding places to shop.

Damn I can't wait for tomorrow.

AA77XX you should get both. This is going to be a busy month I've got six games to pick up (Dead Rising, N3, Madden, Bomberman, Saints Row, and Enchanted Arms). And September is going to be worse, God I need them to enact the "30 Hours in Day Bill" what the hell is Congress doing.

And Mr. Arrow lets not complain about the three hours I get a game before you which one of us can hit the beach when the Nasdaq shuts down at 1p, which one of us can sit in bed and eat cereal at 10a and watch Football on any given Sunday, and when any play-off game for any major sport runs until 1a and I have to get to work at 4:30a on three hours sleep which one of us did that game end at 10p for...


With all that said this time tomorrow I would have been playing Dead Rising for 6 hours and you'll be waiting :)
