I got all the things I need for Excelsior but still dont have it...
Any ideas?

I've noticed some people having this issue on MGC, stuck at 930.

I'd suggest going back on easy and making sure you do each hero objective on a single play through the story. Good luck, I guess...

damn not only i am having this issue i got all the achievements for the hero side quests but looks as though i am gonna have to play the game on easy all the way through again .. YUK !

Does anyone for sure know how to get this achievement? I have all the hero objectives, but it didn't show up.

Do you need to do them all in one play-through?

Do you need to get all the bonus objectives (Enemies and Time)?

I know for a fact you don't need all the bonus objectives, only the hero objectives.

I think you may need to get them all on one difficulty, but I definitely used mission select to get my final one, which unlocked the achievement for me.

Yepper ! I just got finished playing the game all the way through for the third time and you DEFINATELY need to get all the "hero" objectives at one difficulty. I know I did a few while playing through Formidable and got the achievements, then on my second play through I played on easy and got the others. It was only when I did them all on my third play through on easy and did all hero objectives did the Excelsior achievement unlock.

Thanks, that was really helpful. I just had to replay the first mission (which I had played before on normal) on easy and I got the achievement! Thanks!!

I did all of the hero objectives on one difficulty and still no achievement.

me too just beat the game on one play through did all hero objectives and no achievement.

man just beat the game on easy doing all hero ojectives and still no achievement wtf... w.e ill do it one more time to see if it works.

I just got this one... I think you have to let it finish all missions. I had to redo the space tether once because it had glitched after I had done the achievment, so I didn't do it that time. My points were a lot less than the others.

So, replay all the missions with the lowest points all in the same difficulty level.
