So I saw the cutscene with the two guys arguing over which of these was more important and got two items--some notes on which units I've defeated and notes on which ones I've led. But is there any way to actually SEE which ones you've led and which you've defeated? I've got those items but can't seem to view them.
Also, is it actually necessary for the achievements that you command/defeat all unit types? I've got 100% horses but no silver weapon yet, so I'm wondering if I need to command all cavalry types (I believe I'm missing South China something or other) before the avatar guy comes and if that's also a prerequisite for the engineering book. Anyone know for sure?
Edit: I just FINALLY finished up the 1k for this game, and it seems it's the silver SPEAR I was supposed to go for and not a silver weapon associated with horses as the guide suggests.
