Although I have not beat it yet, I can confidently say you will beat the game in under 30 hours.

Just keep using Taxi's and if you fail a mission just reload your autosave, from the previous mission.

Easy. I had about the same stats as you after 65 missions and I skipped all cutscenes and did it under 22:30 hours. So you dont even have the skip the scenes you can just watch them.
