I was wondering does anyone know what street and district the 3rd encounter with Jeff is? I cant seem to find it anywhere, also the second encounter with Marnie (Crack Head).

The Bradygames Guide says they are in Suffolk, and Varsity Heights, but doesnt say where or when, only that they are near a building leaning on it, like that helps.

Yeah, I was using the save trick to get Stevie to call me faster so probably 2 weeks has passed now maybe more lol.

Jeff 1: Near Bismarck and Uranium
